This workshop is especially useful during times of change and innovation to enable smooth
transitions and harmonious cooperative working environments.
The content is based around developing skills of speech and effective listening to develop
collaborative colleagueship and compassionate communication with parents, clients,
students etc.

Introductory session (90 minutes)

Four 1-hour bi-monthly sessions online or in person
Four 1-hour bi-monthly partner practice sessions with a listening partner
(Sharing discoveries at group session)
Julie Lam, Course Leader of the Crossfields Institute Steiner Waldorf Early Years Diploma in Hong Kong, has been running courses and workshops on effective collaboration in the workplace for over 15 years. She has founded three preschools in the UK, Hong Kong, and France, and has experience in mentoring, leadership and management, and teacher training. Julie has also received training from Dr. Tessabella Lovemore on topics such as Active Practical Love, How Children Learn, and Listening for Decision Making. In addition to her courses, Julie conducts parent workshops, women's speaking groups (WomanSpeak), and offers private consultations with parents. She is also a mentor for the Parent Communication network at Highgate House International School in Hong Kong.
