Clear and well-structured workshop – really good to practice and experience new type of listening. Challenging to be the speaker and be listened to in a new way. Will take forward new skills we’ve developed and reflect on my teaching practice. I hope it finds its way into how we communicate as colleagues in the future, particularly in meetings where decisions are being made. Thank you.
